WHIPPED SHORTBREAD COOKIES
Makes 10 dozen cookies
Ingredients
8 - Cups Butter or margarine
4 - Cups sugar (icing sugar)
2 - Cups cornstarch
12 - Cups flour.
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar for 5 minutes.
Beat in cornstarch and flour, Small amount at a time
Beat Till light and fluffy. [5-8] minutes.
Pipe onto baking sheet using star tube.
Bake in 350 F degree oven for 8-10 minutes
Variations
Dip baked cookies into melted chocolate
Use Raspberry Jam and pipe center of cookie with jam before baking.
Place melted in squirt bottle and lattice on top of each baked cookie
